Construction has recently been completed at 278 8th Avenue, a 200,000 sq. ft. property that fills a full city block in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The former CVS and New York Sports Club have been converted into a 14-story apartment tower hosting 190 luxury apartments, with retail at the base.

Target and Apple Bank have pre-signed to anchor the retail space, with other retailers vying for the remaining slot. JJOP has remained hands-on with its team of architects, engineers, designers, and construction managers, closely overseeing the project’s day-to-day development.
